LA Knight, the hottest stars in WWE right now, has gained lot of fans with his mic skills and in-ring attitude, often reminiscent of the great Stone Cold Steve Austin. His catchphrase, “LA Knight Yeah,” became popular in WWE in a very short time, using the “yeah” to acknowledge his opponents.
Knight is geared up for WrestleMania 40 after qualifying for the Elimination Chamber match in last week’s episode of RAW. In a recent interview, Knight discussed his upcoming match in the Elimination Chamber and revealed his vision for his entrance at WrestleMania 40.
LA Knight wants Usher to perform on his “Yeah” entrance
WrestleMania is undoubtedly the biggest event of WWE for the fans all around the world. The event is known for memorable matches of WWE superstars. Apart from the matches, WrestleMania’s are also known for unique entrances of WWE Superstars, that have created unforgettable WrestleMania moments.
In the recent episode of WWE’s The Bump, LA Knight made his presence for a short interview with Megan Morant. During the interview Knight appreciated the idea of the Usher, performing his theme song at WrestleMania 40, which was pitched by Morant.
Knight said, “Wait a minute. Can we get this set up? Is he coming to WrestleMania for my entrance or what?… I’m coming out and I’m [performing ‘Yeah’] with him. Let’s go.”

Knight surely wants the Grammy-winning R&B superstar, Usher, to perform his hit song “Yeah” for him as he makes his way to the ring. Knight also said that Usher’s performance at the recent Super Bowl LVIII halftime show was excellent and thinks that it would be an amazing spectacle to have Usher at WrestleMania.
Before this, the winner of 2024 Women’s Royal Match Bayley, shared insights into her WrestleMania 40 entrance featuring a live performance by the Paramore band. The hashtag #paramoreformania, went viral in social media and the fans also welcomed the idea of Paramore, performing for her entrance.
Fans react to LA Knight’s WM 40 proposal
WWE have a creative team that allows the WWE Superstars to involve in the ideas of their WrestleMania entrances. After LA Knight’s approval of Usher for his WrestleMania entrance, many fans on social media have also expressed their support for the idea and thinks that Usher would be perfect fit for his entrance.

While some fans were hyped by about this colab, there were also comments that said that WWE would not be willing to pay the three top artists for a two minute entrance, given that Usher will be joined by his team including Lil John and Ludacris.
However, there is no official confirmation of Usher for WrestleMania 40, but the WWE fans are hyped up and beleives that, it would be one of the most memorable moments in WrestleMania history.
