Many sports enthusiasts believe Patrick Mahomes would be the next greatest player of the NFL following Tom Brady’s departure from the league. The way the quarterback is leading his Kansas City Chiefs squad says volumes. After securing the 2022 Super Bowl title, the team is leaving no stone unturned to secure the title this year as well.
Following a disappointing defeat against the Buffalo Bills, which saw Mahomes losing his cool on the field, the Chiefs buckled up themselves by securing a 27-17 win over the New England Patriots. Apart from the win, Mahomes found another reason to be happy by becoming a PRIME drink athlete.
PRIME Drink adds Patrick Mahomes to their prime athlete list
Patrick Mahomes recently inked a groundbreaking sponsorship deal with PRIME, the burgeoning beverage company co-founded by Logan Paul and KSI. This collaboration will see him stepping into the role of a PRIME Athlete, entailing his involvement across various brand-related activities spanning social media engagements, exclusive events, philanthropic initiatives, and more.
As part of this alliance, the Alpine F1 owner is poised to become the face of PRIME’s flagship product, Hydration. His partnership extends beyond promotional commitments as he would be seen aligning closely with the brand’s ethos by integrating with the company’s social media campaigns, charitable endeavors, and leveraging his charity, 15 and the Mahomies Foundation, in collaboration with PRIME.
The Chiefs star expressed his enthusiasm about joining forces with PRIME in a statement by highlighting the brand’s disruptive influence in the competitive beverage market.
“PRIME is a disruptive brand that has taken over the beverage industry since it first launched. They are gamechangers, and that’s exactly what I strive to be on the field. Our partnership is a winning play, merging innovation and excellence, setting a new standard both on and off the field. It’s an honor to join the PRIME family alongside some of the greatest athletes, leagues and teams in the world.”
Despite PRIME’s relatively recent introduction of Prime Hydration in 2022, the brand has swiftly secured a considerable foothold in the market by resonating strongly with consumers. This rapid rise in popularity has secured PRIME’s valuation to a staggering range of $3.1 billion to $8.4 billion, and positioned the company among the most sought-after drink brands worldwide.

The rise of PRIME has been nothing short of meteoric as this burgeoning empire has swiftly garnered attention, not just for its star-studded lineup of athletes but also for its disruptive approach to sponsorship deals. It has also landed sponsorships with Premier League club Arsenal, the UFC, and Los Angeles Dodgers.
Logan Paul and KSI announced Mahomes’ contract with them in a recent podcast appearance, saying,”I am honored to say that Prime has now signed Patrick Mahomes, two-time Super Bowl champion, Super Bowl MVP to become a prime athlete.”
Logan was effusive in their praise for Mahomes while talking about the QB’s down-to-earth nature despite his staggering $500 million, 10-year contract.
“We meet Patrick Mahomes. The dude is just gem. I don’t know how else to say it..such a sweet down toe humble human being, and afterwards I found out his contract was $500 million for 10 years… I was like crazy. How much is it”, he said per NBC.
In their official statement, the co-founders reiterated their philosophy of collaborating with greatness. They highlighted Mahomes’ unparalleled talent, describing him not only as a QB but as someone revolutionizing the game.
