In a recent faceoff between Rey Mysterio and Logan Paul before their eventual clash at Crown Jewel, the two superstars got into a heated exchange, which quickly escalated into a brawl. At one point, Mysterio decided to recreate Dillon Danis’ move and hit Paul in the head with a microphone. This marked the second time that the YouTube star has been attacked with a microphone in a confrontation.

Dillon Danis replies to Logan Paul’s WWE skit

Following Rey Mysterio hitting the Maverick on the head with a microphone, Dillon Danis was apparently delighted to see the incident being recreated. He took to X(formerly Twitter) to share his thoughts on the matter.

In one tweet, Danis wrote, “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”, which refers to the fact that WWE ‘imitated’ the real incident that took place between him and Paul. In another tweet that has since been deleted, ‘El Jefe’ called out WWE for recreating the microphone incident and accused the YouTube star of being obsessed with their rivalry.

Dillon Danis has been constantly taking shots at Logan Paul ever since his defeat last month. Danis has advocated for a rematch between the two, although the likelihood of it happening is low. In the past, he has also criticized WWE for being “fake,” which garnered significant attention.
