Manchester City treble documentary: when will ‘Together: Treble Winners’ release on Netflix?

Manchester City are no doubt one of the best clubs in the world, and a team that no one wants to face. The Citizens have quite a squad, with world class players stacked in every position. With players like Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne, Kyle Walker and others, and a manager like Pep Guardiola, City is perhaps one of the best sides in soccer history.

And they proved it last season when they won a historic treble, winning the Premier League, the FA Cup and their maiden Champions League title. And they want to commemorate that victory in a unique way.

When will Manchester City’s treble documentary release?

Manchester City has worked with popular streaming giant Netflix to make a documentary about their historic triple-treble season. After all, it was the second time an English team had done such a feat since Manchester United had done it back in 1999.

It will be the first time Netflix has worked with a Premier League team, which shows their determination to break into the English soccer scene, with rival Amazon already having done so with Arsenal. It was produced by the club’s own production team, City Studios. Netflix previously released a documentary about David Beckham and his career, which inspired Declan Rice earlier this season.

The documentary has been aptly named Together: Treble Winners, which will be divided into six parts. They will show the journey and hardships the team faced together the previous season as they made their way into soccer history. It will premiere globally on Netflix on April 2.

The first part will depict when Erling Haaland arrived at the club and their pre-season in the USA. And the final part will show their FA Cup final victory and their first ever UCL title celebration in Istanbul. Fans will be able to fully immerse themselves as they watch one of the best sides in recent history create magical moments.

How does Manchester City’s treble bid look this season?

And it does look like Manchester City can do the impossible once again, as they look fit to challenge for another treble. Pep Guardiola and his men have been late in the Premier League title challenge, but are now firmly back in charge thanks to the return of both Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne. They are only one point behind leaders Liverpool.

They are also quite comfortably in the quarterfinals of the Champions League, having beat Copenhagen 3-1 away in the first leg of the Round of 16. The Citizens also have to beat Newcastle United in the quarterfinals, which they can comfortably do.

So if they can maintain their form and desire, Manchester City could be crowned treble winners once again in the next four months.
