Montez Ford, one half of the popular WWE tag team The Street Profits, along with his partner Angelo Dawkins, is set to feature in ‘Love & WWE: Bianca & Montez’, a reality show, along with his wife, Bianca Belair.
Like other superstars in WWE, Ford is also a fan of tattoos and has dozens of unique tattoos all over his body. In a recent video by WWE, Ford has shared the reasons behind his tattoos and also revealed the gift from the former WWE Superstar, Aliester Black.
Bianca Belair’s real-life husband Montez Ford reveals his tattoo stories
Just a day before the season premiere of ‘Love & WWE: Bianca & Montez’, WWE released a video on YouTube featuring Montez Ford and Bianca Belair. In the video, Ford explained the reasons for all his tattoos. Ford’s arm has a large tattoo of Belair’s face, standing out prominently among his other tattoos.
On the video Ford said, “This is actually someone you all know, my beautiful wife, Bianca Belair. This was actually a gift given to me, the actual tattoo itself. Tommy Yen is formerly known as Aleister Black here in the WWE. As a wedding gift for my wife and I, he had his tattoo artist from Amsterdam come all the way down and give a gift as a tattoo for us. And she got a tattoo of something to me on her, and I decided to get her face on my forearm.”
Ford revealed that this tattoo was a wedding gift from his friend and former WWE star Aleister Black aka Malakai Black in AEW, who brought his tattoo artist from Amsterdam to do the job. Ford said that he wanted to get Belair’s face on his forearm because he loves her and wants to show her off to the world.
Ford also has a Marine Corps emblem tattooed on his chest, which represent his early days as a Marine corp. Ford served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years before pursuing his wrestling career. On his back, Ford has a tattoo of a Bible verse: Philippians 4:13. The verse reads: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
On his other arm, Montez Ford has the logo of his tag team, The Street Profits. The logo consists of a red cup and a gold chain, which are the signature accessories of the duo. The Street Profits have been together since 2016, when they debuted in NXT. Ford said that he got the tattoo to represent his bond with Dawkins and their journey as a team.
Bianca’s future plans for motherhood
Montez Ford and Bianca Belair got engaged in 2017 and married in 2018. They stand out as one of the most successful and beloved couples in WWE history, having both won championships and main-evented WrestleMania. Beyond their achievements in WWE, Belair and Ford are loving parents and spouses.
On the teaser of the Love & WWE: Bianca & Montez, a scene was shown on which Belair and Ford were consulting a doctor, regarding their pregnancy. Belair got shocked, when doctor said that she has be out of the ring for 18 months if she gets pregnant. She also said that in some cases Belair has to quit WWE in order to look after thier new child.
Montez has two children from a previous relationship, a son named Liam and a daughter named Morgan. Bianca became a stepmother to them, treating them as her own. If Bianca choose to start a family in the future, she will need to take into account the potential impact on her WWE career, which could result in a long term hiatus.
