Anta’s collaboration with Irving gets a fresh logo design

Kyrie Irving has unveiled his new logo for his collaboration with the Chinese Sportswear brand Anta. The logo bears a striking resemblance to his previous collaborative logo with the American sports giant Nike. Irving has been with Nike for almost a decade, but the partnership came to an end in November 2022 after the Mavs star’s controversial rhetoric which was considered antisemitic.

The logo features the letter “K” and the number 11 which both relate directly to Kyrie, K being the first letter of his name and 11 being his jersey number. There has been no announcement of a new Kyrie exclusive shoe lineup by Anta as of now, but it is expected to drop soon. He would be seen wearing the Anta shockwave 5 when the upcoming season starts putting an end to covered up Nike sneakers.

As the part of the deal Irving will granted the unique position of Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at the company. It will also give him the power to recruit/sign new players and collaborators and help Anta with full distribution in the US.

The management company of Irving (A11Even) was responsible for the negotiation of the deal. Overall, it looks like a good and profitable deal for Irving given he as a free agent in the sneaker world after the fallout with Nike.
