Another Pro Football Hall of Famer, Keyshawn Johnson, will launch the next chapter of his life with the show “Undisputed” alongside two others following the departure of one Pro Football Hall of Famer, Shanon Sharpe.
Since Sharpes’ train stops for “Undisputed” after a seven-year-long journey, everyone is waiting to see who is going to be seated next to Skip Bayless. Bayless finally revealed his next debate partners’ names; though, the names seemingly have failed to entertain the fans.
Ex-NFL WR Keyshawn Johnson reportedly joining Skip Bayless on ‘Undisputed’
Back in June, after a disagreement with Skip on the episode involving Damar Hamlins‘ cardiac arrest, Shanon quit the show. Afterward, Charlie Dixon, executive vice president of programming for FS1, was tasked with finding a partner for Bayless. It is said that before doing so, he spoke with a few panelists.
Later, Charlie decided that he didn’t need just one companion and “started to lean further into the idea of having a larger panel discuss sports” instead. John Ourand of the Sports Business Journal reveals that Dixon has finally been successful in doing so. Richard Sherman, Keyshawn Johnson, and Michael Irvin will all appear on “Undisputed” opposite Bayless.

In addition to Keyshawn, Michael Irvin appears to have a role as well.
Ex-NFL CB Richard Sherman already said to be joining the show as well.

The Executive Vice President claimed that he put more effort into assembling a team of qualified experts with a range of viewpoints. He made the choice to provide supporters the chance to have more in-depth dialogues.
“We focus more on the chemistry and the availability of agreeing with people versus trying to find inflection points where people have a variance of opinions. It gives us more opportunity to have bigger conversations and go deeper into conversations, versus coming in with an in-the-moment take that is either going to be right or wrong.”
The network fired 20 celebrities last month, including Keyshawn. However, if all works out as planned, he will return to the sporting world with “Undisputed”.

The departure of Shanon from “Undisputed” was heart-breaking for the fans. Because of this, even though the Pro Football Hall of Famer departed the program intentionally, his supporters aren’t quite ready to see someone else occupying his chair.
According to several fans, no one with his experience would be equivalent to Sharpes’ seven years of engagement with the show.
“Huge L compared to Shannon,” one fan commented.

Whatever the case, Dixon had outlined the justifications for bringing three individuals in to replace Bayless’ departed partner. The question, “They need 3 people to replace Shannon?” has therefore been tossed at him by many supporters.

While others voiced their disapproval of the choice, calling Johnson “one of the cringiest analysts” since they believed his viewpoint would not have engaged them.
“Keyshawn is without a doubt one of the cringiest analysts in the industry. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him agree with any opinion other than his own,” one comment read.
