But there was a lot of attention and criticism for a comment he made regarding Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner on a recent episode of his show asking if Kim Kardashian is a “prostitute” and if Kris Jenner is a “pimp”.
Patrick Beverley, a renowned player for the Philadelphia 76ers, also voiced his dissatisfaction with Smith’s statement by retweeting it and emphasizing that the language Smith used was unacceptable, especially given that Kardashian is a mother.

Smith said that it was only a clerical mistake in response to Beverley’s criticism. He said the problem was being fixed and reiterated that he did not think of Kim Kardashian or any other lady in that way.
While Smith admitted that his history of controversial perspectives was a strategy to get people to his program, he also expressed sorrow about the foul language used on the topic of Kardashian and reiterated his respect for women.
