LeBron James to host podcast with JJ Redick
After achieving loads as a player and businessman, LeBron James is now set to embark on a new journey with former NBA shooting guard JJ Redick as a podcast co-host. The basketball veterans confirmed that the podcast “Mind the Game” will solely be dealing with the aspects of the NBA, keeping their content authentic to a greater extent.
While speaking about the content of the podcast, the former sharpshooter said, “It’s meant to be a very free-flowing conversation about sport and the game. If you take a very basic approach, it comes down to basketball.”
Expressing immense pride for the new venture, LeBron said, “When I work on a project, my only concern is whether my friends and I will find it entertaining. With ‘Mind the Game’, that is unquestionably the case. Not everything has to be made with clicks and internet culture in mind.”
LeBron and Redick will be producing the show with their production houses Uninterrupted and ThreeFourTwo respectively. Maverick Carter, LeBron’s business partner will also be collaborating with the duo.
