Caleb Williams rumored to skip NFL Combine 2024

Caleb Williams is scheduled to attend the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, where he will engage in interviews and meetings with teams. However, reports suggest that the USC star quarterback is opting to save his throwing and workout sessions for his Pro Day, as stated by NFL Networks’ Ian Rapoport.

This strategic move is anticipated to generate more buzz around his skills closer to the draft, with Williams having an opportunity to display his talents directly in front of all the NFL coaches for the first time in his career.

“Potential top overall pick #USC QB Caleb Williams will wait until his Pro Day to throw and workout for scouts, sources say. He’ll be in Indianapolis for the NFL Scouting Combine, but not throw for teams,” the report read.
