One of the teams to beat this season has been the Baltimore Ravens. Boasting a table-topping 13-3 record, the team has romped its way to a playoff spot and now looks to make it all the way to the Super Bowl.
Players like Lamar Jackson and Odell Beckham Jr. have been instrumental in making the outfit a force of nature against tough opposition, but their unavailability in crucial fixtures moving forward might impact the team in the postseason. Recently, OBJ, who hasn’t had a good time on the field, confirmed his availability in a unique fashion.
Odell Beckham Jr. urges fans not to bet on him
Over the last decade, Odell Beckham Jr. has been one of the most influential players on the NFL circuit. His presence on social media has taken the popularity of the league to new heights and it doesn’t look to be stopping anytime soon. However, recent injury struggles have kept him out of action for extended periods of time.
With the final game of the regular season coming up, OBJ could’ve hit a handful of contract incentives with huge monetary benefits if he took to the pitch. However, it doesn’t look like that’ll be the case, considering the fact that the 31-year-old confirmed his unavailability on Instagram himself.

Replying to a sports-betting enthusiast, he asked fans not to bet on him achieving incentive targets this week. He said, “Don’t bet on mine for sure.” OBJ elaborated further in the comments, saying, “Nah straight up if it was all up to me it’d be no question. I gotta feed my son but that ain’t how life go,” making it clear that his injury struggles are once again sidelining from action.
Ravens vs Steelers match preview
In their last fixture before the postseason, the Baltimore Ravens will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in what promises to be a high-octane clash between the two. More so for the Steelers, as their playoff qualification hinges on the result of this game. If they manage to come away with a win on away soil, that would make their path much easier as opposed to losing their final league fixture.

However, coming away with a win against this mighty Ravens defense is one hell of a task, and the Steelers will have to fire on all cylinders in order to ensure a win. That being said, their task might be made a little easier as the Ravens have already qualified, making it possible for coach Harbaugh’s men to field a second-string team for this final game.
