In the lead-up to the UFC Fight Night event where Molly is set to face Julija Stoliarenko, controversy arose when Paddy attended a session that involved questions about his relationship with “Meatball,”.
Paddy, often touted as the next Conor McGregor replacement for his way with words alongside the likes of Sean O’Malley, lived up to his reputation and delivered a cheeky response to a rather controversial question.
Paddy Pimblett’s witty reply to UFC fan
McCann and Pimblett have been known to share a close and supportive relationship with each other for quite some time. As fellow British UFC fighters, they have been seen training together, sparring together, and attending fight events together, which probably has caused confusion among some fans.
Average UFC fan: "Have you and Molly shagged?"

During a Q&A session, a curious UFC fan asked Paddy a personal and potentially controversial question about his relationship with Molly. and if things ever got physical between them. In response, Pimblett showcased his wit and sense of humor, playfully asking the questioner if they were aware that Molly is a lesbian.
Paddy’s clever and lighthearted reply defused the potentially tricky situation and brought laughter to everyone present at the conference, including the person who asked the question.
Paddy Pimblett’s return to UFC
Pimblett has had a successful start to his UFC career with four victories in just fifteen months since making his debut. After impressively defeating Luigi Vendramini, Kazula Vargas, and Jordan Leavitt, he faced Jared Gordon.
Following his most recent fight against Gordon, Paddy had to undergo ankle surgery due to an injury he sustained during the UFC 282 bout against the American MMA fighter. The surgery has caused uncertainty about his return to the octagon this year.
Unfortunately for the Brit, Jared performed extremely well in their fight, and being handed a unanimous win despite getting dominated only served to damage ‘The Baddy’s reputation further.
Pimblett has also developed a long-standing rivalry between himself and featherweight Ilia Topuria. Now that the 145-pound champ Alexander Volkanovski is undergoing surgery and Ilia is next in line for the title, the Georgian could move up a weight class to settle the scores once and for all.
