Both Kobe and Bron were exceptional high school players and had already caught the eyes of many teams from the NBA.

John Lucas got the opportunity to witness both of them in action in their high school days, he dived down his memory and selected the more skillful player of the two. Lucas said, “Now, the two of them, Kobe was more skilled anytime but LeBron was a physical man. In skill and footwork, Kobe had the age early but when it comes to basketball survival LeBron was really, really good.”
