WWE superstar Roman Reigns is already set to have yet another rivalry after returning from his long hiatus. His next opponent is most probably LA Knight as both of the superstars had a heated confrontation twice in just a few days.
LA Knight has been causing trouble for the members of Roman’s faction over the past few weeks, resulting in a physical interaction on the latest episode of SmackDown. Because of these incidents, there is a high possibility of them fighting in the squared circle of WWE Crown Jewel 2023.
What happened between Roman Reigns and LA Knight at the WWE SuperShow?
Roman Reigns returned to the ring on Saturday night after a two-month hiatus from wrestling. He successfully defended his title against Sami Zayn at the WWE SuperShow event in Kansas City, Missouri. But the thing that happened after that match only escalated the tension between Reigns and his next potential opponent, LA Knight.

After The Head of the Table secured his victory and retained his title, Sami Zayn was brutally attacked by The Bloodline members present in the ringside. However, after a few seconds, LA Knight came to Sami Zayn’s rescue. During this whole brawl, The Megastar took out Solo Sikoa and delivered a brutal Blunt Force Trauma/BFT to the Undisputed Universal Champion.
This was revenge taken by Knight for the humiliation and beatdown that he received on the latest episode of WWE SmackDown.On last Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Roman delivered a Spear to Knight because he defeated Solo Sikoa in a singles match.

There is a high possibility of seeing the Undisputed Universal Champion and LA Knight in a title match at Crown Jewel 2023 on 4th November. This match is expected to be the main event of this Premium Live Event.

This rivalry started with John Cena’s announcement as he declared that LA Knight has eyes on Roman’s title. After that, a confrontation happened between Knight and Roman Reigns. This showed that Cena acknowledges that LA Knight is worthy of the shot. During that episode, The Megastar was attacked by The Bloodline faction members.
Also, Knight has taken his revenge on the Tribal Chief in a recent live WWE event. This has now sparked the rivalry on a full scale. Although it is still not clear whether they will have a match at the upcoming Crown Jewel event, it is for sure that they are going to have a match to settle their scores. However, there is a high possibility of an official announcement according to some rumors.
