In a recent tweet, Bleacher Report asked, “Who’s an athlete that deserves the next big documentary?” One Twitter user replied it should be Kevin Durant, given his transition from being one of the most loved to most hated stars in the history of the NBA.

Kevin quickly shot down the idea of a documentary by stating, “I’m not that interesting for a doc, I ain’t even joking this time.”

Later on, he replied to a fan who showed interest in his off-court activities, by saying, “Nothing but 2k, texting and watching movies. Nothing more,” suggesting he leads a pretty regular life outside his NBA endeavors.
What is KD’s contract with Phoenix Suns?
In one of the biggest trades in recent years, the Suns have acquired forwards Kevin Durant and T.J. Warren from the Nets. It was a four-team trade involving the Phoenix Suns, Brooklyn Nets, Milwaukee Bucks, and Indiana Pacers. In return, Brooklyn receives forwards Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson from Phoenix, along with several first-round picks spanning from 2023 to 2029 and a first-round pick swap in 2028.
The Suns have got Durant for this season and three more years after that. because, when they traded him in, he was on a four-year contract for $194.2 million, signed in 2021. therefore he will become a free agent in 2026.
He will make $42.9 million this season, which will increase to $46.4 million in 2023, $49.9 million in 2024, and $53.3 million in 2025. However, that’s not all. his incentives which are well over a million will likely hit $1.4 m by 2025. At that point, KD will be one of the best-paid players in the NBA.
