The Miz takes sly dig at Logan Paul ahead of crucial Elimination Chamber qualifier

Extreme fights inside a steel cage make The Elimination Chamber a highly awaited event on WWE’s schedule. For this exciting clash, some wrestlers have already qualified and others are fighting for a slot. In a qualifying match tonight, viewers will see Logan Paul take on The Miz.

The victor gets to join the exclusive Elimination Chamber. A week ago, WWE announced this matchup, and fans have been waiting with bated breath to watch how the two “Heel” personalities interact. The Miz’s online teasing of Logan in the days leading up to their bout has only increased the excitement for their showdown.

At WrestleMania XL, Seth Rollins had no opponent after Cody Rhodes challenged Roman Reigns. To find his opponent, Triple H named Superstars who would fight in qualifying matches that would lead to a showdown in the Elimination Chamber. As mentioned last week, one of these bouts pits Logan Paul versus The Miz.

This week’s SmackDown will feature this battle, with the winner advancing to the Elimination Chamber. This battle promises a new level of intensity. The Miz added fuel to the flames by mocking Logan by replacing his profile photo with a picture of his face after a boxing match.

The Miz’s profile photo update grabbed everyone’s attention, suggesting his plans for their impending bout. He is known for his trolling tactics. Fans can’t wait for the exciting showdown to begin and for the winner’s face to match the mock-up profile image after the fight.

As Miz and Paul prepare for their confrontation, it’s interesting to consider Paul’s current conflict with Royal Rumble competitor Kevin Owens. The fact that Dominik Mysterio is also scheduled to face Owens in a qualifying match has stoked rumors that the two (Logan Paul and KO) could renew their rivalry in the Elimination Chamber’s steel cage.

The Miz and Logan Paul’s feud explained

Fans are getting anxious for tonight’s SmackDown because of the potential big confrontation between Logan Paul and The Miz. Word on the street is that WWE has some wild ideas in store for their feud as these long-lost enemies compete for a slot in a major event.

The feud began at WrestleMania 38 when Logan Paul and The Miz defeated Rey and Dominik Mysterio in Paul’s debut match. But in a shocking change of events, The A-Lister betrayed Paul with a Skull Crushing Finale after the confrontation.

Despite their history of betrayal, The Miz once acknowledged Paul’s rise from a YouTube sensation to a WWE wrestler and lauded his abilities. However, this praise contrasts sharply with Miz’s previous betrayal, leaving fans questioning his motives.

Miz’s unexpected move transformed Logan into a complete heel character, despite WWE’s earlier promise of a face change for Paul. ‘Maverick’ will seek revenge for Miz’s treachery, whether it’s inside the boundaries of Kayfabe or without, and their intense animosity will undoubtedly reemerge as the qualifying battle progresses.

Oh, hi, this is Md Robin Ahmed, a WWE fan and I everyday go through a slew of popular WWE stories on Sportszion. Watching Big Show's Showstopper was the beginning of my passion for WWE, though I have to say that his Chokeslam is not one of my favorite moves. Over time, my love for professional wrestling has intensified, mostly due to the Shield, and my all-time favorite wrestler in WWE is Big Dog. I would give everything to be able to be within a few feet of him to witness his iconic Superman Punch and Spear. My major is engineering, but I'm most happy when I'm doing something artistic that doesn't put me under any pressure. Watching them wrestle and discuss their matches is always fun for me. And I've finally discovered a career that gives me fun since it allows me to with my dream heroes lifestyle. So, Welcome! I'd love to hear from you on LinkedIn and Facebook.
