UFC CEO Dana White reveals 86 hours water fasting technique to minimize the risk of cancer and Alzheimer’s disease

UFC CEO Dana White is one of the most famous names in the world of MMA. He has won the World MMA Awards for Leading Man of the Year a record 14 times out of 14 since the award’s inception in 2008. No other figures have come close to dethroning Dana White.

Under the regime of Dana White, the UFC went from a $2 million company to the multi-billion-dollar company it is now. His influence transcends that of MMA due to his friendships with people from the political and other spheres of life.

Dana White talks about importance of water-fasting

Due to his popularity that transcends that of MMA, all of his actions on social media and elsewhere are extremely scrutinized. He recently announced the main events for UFC 297, UFC 298, and UFC 299 through his social media channel. In addition to the UFC, he is heavily involved in the Power Slap League too.

Nevertheless, Dana White has now uploaded a post on social media Platform X, not about any fight announcements but related to health. Apparently, Dana underwent an 86-hour water fast, and it provided great results for the UFC CEO. White also explained the benefits the practice has in one’s life.

According to White, he received advice from experts that water fasting is a very good practice that even has the ability to reduce the risk of having cancer and Alzheimer’s disease, to name a few. “I did an 86 hour water fast and i feel INCREDIBLE! Obviously i’m not a doctor, but i’ve been told by the experts that water fasting can help to significantly reduce the risk of cancer, alzheimers and a ton of other health issues.”, White posted on X.

Dana White’s body transformation

The UFC is home to several high-profile athletes worldwide. White has always stressed that only the best of the best compete in the UFC. This is evident by the fact that the promotion has the best fighters in almost all weight classes in MMA. Only a select few from rival promotions rival the champions of the UFC.

Many of the athletes in the UFC are very ripped, and now the UFC CEO has followed suit as he showcased his newly ripped physique to the world. He was not ripped lately but underwent the water-fasting practice that showed an immediate effect, as he was visibly ripped in his new social media post.

With his health already checked, Dana White will be focusing his attention on closing 2023 with a bang. Only 3 Fight Nights and a single PPV is remaining for the year. At UFC 296, the last PPV in December, the highly anticipated welterweight title clash between Colby “Chaos” Covington and Leon “Rocky Edwards” takes place.
