After going down to Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs last season, the Eagles Jalen Hurts’ recent phone wallpaper hinted to fans at how focused he allegedly is to grab the Vince Lombardi trophy this season. Many Philadelphia supporters also likely crowded the team’s training camp to have a glance over their veteran star’s performance ahead of the big matches.

Despite having a last-moment loss in their earlier run to Super Bowl glory, Philly fans seem to be keeping their hopes high ahead of the upcoming season. Their excitement appeared to have reached a new height on Lincoln Financial Field during the Eagles-only open practice training camp on Sunday night. Approximately 50,000 fans flocked there to convey their love for the team.

Fans sang the Eagles Fight Song together and roared highly when each player walked onto the field. “We’re just having some sandwiches, some light food,” an avid Eagles fan Rob Shannon said via CBS News.

Another supporter Alexandra Gonzalez expressed how big Philly fans they are and mentioned coming to tailgate as their routine activity this time saying, “We’re all big Eagles fans. We try to come out, we go to every tailgate and it’s just amazing to see the energy.”

Juan Maldonado detailed his expectations from the Philadelphia team saying, “I definitely want to see Jalen Hurts throwing perfect passes to A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and uh, can’t forget about them autographs. That’s our goal.”
