Joe Rogan, the UFC commentator and comedian, hosts the most-viewed podcast globally, known as the Joe Rogan Experience. The podcast regularly features renowned personalities from various fields. One of the recent guests was the undefeated UFC middleweight, Bo Nickal.
Nickal, a three-time NCAA Division I collegiate wrestling champion at Penn State, has only competed twice in the UFC, winning both fights with first-round finishes. His latest bout took place at UFC 290, where he convincingly defeated Val Woodburn and subsequently called out fellow undefeated middleweight, Khamzat Chimaev.
Joe Rogan mixes up Joe Biden and Donald Trump’s statement
Even though Joe Rogan is one of the most influential personalities in the United States, he has not publicly expressed support for any political party. While there is speculation about Rogan’s political allegiance being Republican, he has not made any official endorsement. In a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast featuring Bo Nickal, Rogan discussed both Joe Biden and Donald Trump, the current and former US Presidents, respectively.
Rogan, a critic of Biden, expressed his concerns about what he perceives as the President’s ineptitude, particularly criticizing Biden’s age and struggles with dementia. It’s worth noting that Rogan sold his house in the Democratic state of California and moved to the Republican state of Texas. Rogan has a very big house in Austin, Texas.
Nevertheless, in the podcast, Rogan mixed up statements made by Biden and Trump. Initially, Rogan was trolling Biden for something he thought he said. However, it was quickly discovered that it was actually Trump who made the statements Rogan referenced. Regardless, Rogan’s opinion about Biden remains unchanged.
Rogan was recently in the commentary booth at UFC 296 with Daniel Cormier and Jon Anik. Donald Trump was also at the event but he left midway through Colby Covington’s octagon speech. Like the majority of the MMA community, Rogan did not agree with Colby Covington’s offensive remarks on Leon Edwards’ deceased father who was murdered when Edwards was fairly young.
Bo Nickal fact checks Joe Rogan
Bo Nickal is only five fights into his MMA career. He made his professional MMA debut on Jorge Masvidal’s Ikon FC and then fought twice in the Dana White Contender Series and won both by rear naked choke finish.
His UFC debut was on UFC 285 against Jamie Picket which he won via an arm-triangle choke. Considered a future champion by many in the UFC, Nickal will be facing Cody Brundage at UFC 300, possibly in the main card opener which also features Jiri Prochazka vs. Aleksandar Rakic and Aljamain Sterling’s featherweight debut against Calvin Kattar.
Nickal was recently on the Joe Rogan Experience where he talked a lot about poltics and sports. It was Nickal who fact checked Joe Rogan when the comedian mistook a quote of Donald Trump to that of Joe Biden. It needs to be noted that Nickal is a good friend of Donald Trump and has even played golf with former US President.
Nickal trains at American Top Team in Coconut Creak, Florida and has helped Jorge Masvidal on training camps. Masvidal had already touted title glory for Nickal in the UFC on his appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience.
