Brock Lesnar is widely recognized as one of the most dominant and fierce wrestlers to have ever graced the WWE stage. As a former UFC fighter, he has always taken on the top faces in WWE and emerged victorious in numerous fights, often delivering brutal blows to his opponents. His reputation as a fierce competitor has earned him the moniker “Beast” in WWE.
Unfortunately, Lesnar has been absent from WWE since his last match against Cody Rhodes at WWE SummerSlam 2023. However, a recent report by PW Insider has revealed his expected return schedule.
When will Brock Lesnar return to WWE?
WWE superstar Brock Lesnar is expected to miss the upcoming Crown Jewel 2023 Premium Live Event next week as well as the Survivor Series 2023 at the end of next month. He is not expected to return to WWE until the next Royal Rumble in 2024.
This will be the first time that Lesnar hasn’t appeared at a WWE live event in Saudi Arabia, having previously wrestled in eight of the ten shows the WWE has hosted in the Middle East and appeared in an angle on the other two.

Lesnar has been absent from WWE TV since his defeat to Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2023. According to a recent report by Dave Meltzer, Brock Lesnar is expected to return only in 2024 for the first big WWE event of that year, and that event is the Royal Rumble.
“This is the first Saudi show without Lesnar (Crown Jewel). When Lesnar lost to Rhodes clean at SummerSlam, he did so in that manner because, at the time, the plan was for him not to return until the Rumble season or the TV’s leading to that show. It was all decided months ago,” said Dave Meltzer.
When did Brock Lesnar last fight in WWE?
Brock Lesnar is currently inactive in WWE, enjoying his private life in Canada. Rumors are swirling that he might make a return next year. His most recent bout took place at the 2023 SummerSlam against Cody Rhodes. While there was no title at stake, their clash marked a unique and bitter rivalry.
The feud between The American Nightmare and The Beast ignited at the WWE Backlash Premium Live Event and continued for months, culminating at WWE SummerSlam 2023. In their final showdown, Cody charged at Lesnar, who swiftly countered with a powerful suplex. It was a moment of high tension, but Lesnar skillfully avoided a potentially disastrous situation. Cody then executed a suicide dive, sending Lesnar tumbling out of the ring.
Once they reentered the ring, Lesnar seized control and asserted his dominance over Cody with a relentless series of suplexes. In an attempt to secure a count-out victory, Lesnar forcefully hurled Cody out of the ring, but Cody displayed unwavering determination and refused to concede defeat. Despite Lesnar’s unrelenting assault, which included slamming Cody through a table with another devastating F5, Cody miraculously managed to beat the referee’s count.
The tide of the match shifted dramatically when Cody skillfully sent Lesnar crashing into the ring post. Seizing the opportunity, Cody applied his own Kimura lock after Lesnar was driven into an exposed turnbuckle, but Lesnar displayed his resilience and somehow escaped from the hold.
Cody finally managed to win the bout by delivering multiple crossroads. After the match, Lesnar shook hands with Rhodes and raised his hand in a sign of respect. This was the end of Lesner’s storyline with Cody Rhodes.
