WWE is one of the most famous pro wrestling promotions around the globe. The company didn’t see this much fame in its early days due to some limitations. But as time went by the promotion revolutionized the whole pro wrestling scenario and achieved the popularity now it has.
The biggest revolution that promotion brought was to give female superstars a good amount of ring presence during the shows. However, female wrestling truly had a breakthrough in WWE with the Four Horsewomen.
Who are the WWE’s four Horsewomen?
The ‘Four Horsewomen’ group name was inspired by the Christian mythological characters known as the ‘Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse’. Almost 12 years ago, WWE made a stable in their third brand NXT, naming it ‘Four Horsewomen’ featuring the top four female wrestlers from its roster at that time.
The Four Horsewomen was an unofficial stable composed of Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks, Bayley, & Charlotte Flair. All four superstars have achieved affluence in pro wrestling becoming world champions and making history.
Becky Lynch aka The Man won both the RAW and SmackDown Women’s Titles in the first Women’s Main Event at WrestleMania 35. Charlotte Flair has been a singles champion in NXT and on the main brands of WWE. Bayley was the longest-reigning SmackDown Women’s champion. On the other hand, Sasha Banks has left the promotion but has revamped herself with a new gimmick and became the IWGP Women’s Champion.
From iconic bouts to winning titles, all of them have proved why they were called the Four Horsewomen of WWE. Now these four female superstars are the big names in pro wrestling.
WWE’s Horsewomen have all four Grand Slam titles after Becky Lynch’s triumph
Becky made history yesterday as she became a Grand Slam champion in WWE by winning the NXT Women’s championship. It was a breathtaking face-off between Lynch and Tiffany Stratton. Though Tiffany had her moments during the match but it was The Man who emerged victorious.
This victory didn’t just mark an impeccable milestone in her career but also brought Becky Lynch’s journey to a heartwarming point. The Man has lots of memorable moments in NXT from her early days of wrestling. This title win places Lynch on a special list, as she joins the ranks of Grand Slam champions in WWE.

It is to be mentioned that all four members of the Four Horsewomen group are now Grand Slam Champions. Charlotte Flair, Bayley, and Sasha Banks have previously achieved this feat but only Becky Lynch was left out. However, The Man has now also achieved this prestigious feat.
