Beth Phoenix offers a heartfelt message to Edge ahead of his possible final WWE match
The R-Rated superstar Edge might soon retire from the ring with WWE making its return to Toronto for the August 18 episode of SmackDown. In August last year, Edge addressed the fans after WWE Raw in Toronto went off the air and revealed that his next visit to his home would be a chance for them to “say goodbye to each other that night.”
The Rated-R Superstar is all set to face fellow WWE superstar Sheamus on the upcoming edition of SmackDown. This might be his very last bout in the ring. To this, his wife and former WWE wrestler Beth Phoenix sent an emotional message to him through an Instagram post ahead of what could be his final match in WWE.
“Can’t wait to celebrate @edgeratedr’s 25-year career with @wwe on #smackdown! My wish for you Adam is that on Friday you see and feel how much we all adore you for the iconic performer you are but more importantly, for the beloved person you are inside,” she wrote on Instagram.
