Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is facing a lawsuit from two women, Brittney Lackner, 30, and Kimberly Baker, 29, who claim he is the father of their biological children born in 2023. Both women allege Hill has not provided adequate support and are now asking for more than the $2,500 he is currently paying each of them per month.

Lackner’s son, Sol Corazon Hill, was born on Feb. 7, 2023. A pre-birth paternity study reportedly found that Hill is the father with more than a 99.9% chance. Lackner believes that support of $2,500 a month due to Hill’s annual salary of $30 million as a Miami Dolphins player is simply not enough. Both cases are still pending in Broward County, Florida.
Tyreek Hill handed lawsuit by two separate women
In the second paternity lawsuit, Kimberly Baker has accused Tyreek Hill of displaying “utter and abject unconcern” for their six-month-old daughter, Trae Love Hill, who was allegedly conceived in early August last year. Baker also poses the argument that the $2,500 monthly support from Hill is insufficient, estimating the cost of rearing the child to be somewhere around $10,000.
Tyreek Hill attempted to have the lawsuit dismissed, arguing that Baker, based in Los Angeles, had no grounds to sue for paternity in Florida. However, reports suggest Hill agreed to the DNA evidence confirming his paternity. Baker’s lawyers emphasized the necessity for the Dolphins WR to demonstrate substantial concern for the child’s welfare before asserting parental rights.
