George Russell is among the 20 fastest drivers in the world and he competes in the elite format of Formula 1 racing. George is a part of the Mercedes AMG F1 team, alongside compatriot Lewis Hamilton. The Briton had a great first season with Mercedes in 2022 and although he couldn’t replicate the same performance this year, he was pivotal for Mercedes.
George’s last race in Abu Dhabi was a heroic effort that helped Mercedes secure P2 in the constructor’s championship, a feat that even George himself said needed celebration. There would only be some drivers faster than ‘Mister Consistency’ in Formula 1, but there is a new face on Tiktok who claims they are better than George.
Who is Carmen Montero Mundt?
Carmen Mundt is a British financial planner who graduated with a degree in Business Management and Finance as a native resident of London. She is famous in the F1 paddock for her relationship with the new Mercedes sensation, George Russell.
Carmen Mundt has been in a relationship with George for a long time now and the couple made their relationship public in 2020. She is an Investors Relations Associate at the international forum of Ruffer LLP. Carmen is an accomplished woman and she is often seen supporting George Russell at his races. Both Russell and Carmen are active on social media about their whereabout and post each other.
Carmen and George had kept their relationship secret and averted public eyes during the early stages, but now they don’t seem to have a problem in sharing special moments for their fans.
George Russell reacts to Carmen Montero’s surprising speed claim
George Russell like many other drivers is enjoying his winter break, but he is always ready for a challenge. A video surfaced on social media where George and his girlfriend has a present wrapping contest, called ‘speed wrapping’. George Russell set the clear rules for this challenge with her girlfriend and immediately started it, shocking his girlfriend for some moments.
As the challenge went underway, Carmen immediately called out Russell for using an underwrapper to wrap his gifts, but the F1 driver was adamant. George seemingly finished before Carmen but after her constant allegations, he had a change of mind and went on to use the real wrapping. He was very late, however, as Carmen elegantly wrapped her own present.
George put in a last-ditch effort, bundling his present somehow with tape but he couldn’t argue that it looked horrible and with that, Carmen won. But she said that she was faster than George Russell, causing him to give her a mischievous look. It seems like the Formula 1 ace had taken things quite seriously but we may never know what transpired later.
