It goes without saying that once a divisional player debuts at the national level, he must be held accountable for all of his on and off-field affairs. Isaiah Wilson, a former Georgia standout, struggled to manage both lives and had his NFL dream dashed.
Wilson hasn’t played in a full season since his rookie year because of controversy and suspension in his personal life off the field. The free-agent offensive lineman is reportedly now facing a new NFL suspension.
NFL suspends ex-Titans OL Isaiah Wilson for three games
Stepping into the NFL world in 2020 with the Tennessee Titans, Wilson’s NFL dream came true, yet he could not hold the dream for so long. Due to multiple off-field matters including being arrested for DUI in September 2020 and violating driving rules in January 2021, the player appeared in just one game in his rookie season.
Being pissed off, the Titans later traded him to the Miami Dolphins on March 17, 2021. Unfortunately, Isaiah did not seem much careful of his national-level journey. For being continuously late in workouts, the Dolphins then waived him just after three days after acquiring him.
The New York Giants later gave him the last chance in September 2021, yet he failed to grab that also as they released him in January 2022.

Although several divisional players possess the talent to compete at the national level, none of them can see their goals becoming a reality. With three teams, the former Titans player skillfully wrecked the good opportunity. Many online users feel that he shouldn’t be given another chance to play in the NFL.

When he rejoins the NFL, a suspension will be imposed on him. It is uncertain whether the athlete will receive the punishment, which would be a blessing in disguise for him because it would allow him to once more compete in the NFL.
