WWE HOFer pitches for prolonged Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns feud

For the last one year, the WWE fans are looking forward to Cody Rhodes to finish his story with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. After all the recent confusions and controversies, the stage is officially set for Rhodes vs Roman for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship at WrestleMania 40.

During a recent interview, WWE hall of Famer and the co host of Busted Open Radio, Mark Henry shared his insights about the feud between Rhodes and Rollins.

Mark said, “The story continues’ would be the thing now, “Roman Reigns would go on to beat [Hulk] Hogan’s record in this new equation, and the story is continuing. And then you get to — finally — Roman Reigns is the all-time winningest wrestler in the history of pro wrestling, and now you have Cody beat him.”

Henry feels that WrestleMania 40 is too soon to end the feud between Rhodes and Reigns and said that WWE should prolong the story and build up the anticipation for a bigger payoff later in the year. He also said that WWE should keep Reigns as the champion until September 2024 to beat Hulk Hogan’s record for the longest WWE Championship reign.

What do you think of Mark Henry’s idea? Should Roman Reigns break the famous record of Hulk Hogan? Tell us in the comment section.
